Whether you prefer an intimate experience in our elegant Pavilion or a warm, romantic ambiance in our charming Barrel Room, we offer a variety of options designed to make your proposal truly memorable.

Pavilion Experience – $250

The Pavilion offers a stunning outdoor setting in our vineyard, surrounded by the vines. This is perfect for a romantic and memorable proposal out in a natural setting.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Included:
    • A bottle of wine (Reisling, Chardonnay or Fowl Play) to toast your special moment (or change/upgrade for additional fee).
    • Two custom Roo Mountain Vineyards glasses to commemorate your proposal.
    • A small dessert or charcuterie platter for you to enjoy.
  • Additional Guests: (ask us for cost)
  • Add-Ons:
    • Food Options: Enhance your experience with additional food choices from our menu (link menu)
    • Music: Create the perfect atmosphere with live or recorded music.
    • Photography: Capture every moment with a professional photographer (we do not employ a photographer, and you are welcome to hire your preference, but we can make recommendations).
    • Custom Requests: We can accommodate special requests to make your proposal uniquely yours.

Barrel Room Experience – $300/hr

Our Barrel Room provides a rustic and intimate setting, surrounded by aging barrels and the rich aroma of wine, ideal for a cozy and personal proposal.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Included:
    • A bottle of our wine (Reisling, Chardonnay or Fowl Play or upgrade/change for additional fee) to celebrate the occasion.
    • Two custom Roo Mountain Vineyards glasses for a keepsake.
    • A small dessert or charcuterie platter to enjoy during your time.
