Below is our current selection of wines, ciders and beer available in the tasting room by the flight, glass, can, growler or bottle. Our winemaker and tasting room team have included tasting notes to highlight the flavors and characteristics they experience in each. White WinesArranged from Dryer to Sweeter

  1. Sauvignon Blanc – Crisp Grapefruit, honeydew and mango with a touch of lemongrass on the nose. –  $12 glass/$37 bottle
  2. Mother Clucker – Crisp and dry white blend with notes of tangerine, pineapple and pear. –  $12 glass/$37 bottle.
  3. Gewurztraminer – Medium bodied with upfront rose and tropical notes lead to lychee and orange blossom.  – $12 glass/$37 bottle
  4. Chardonnay (unoaked) – Vibrant green apple and tropical fruits with a fresh finish. – $10 glass/$30 bottle
  5. Riesling – Delicate apricot and nectarine with a sweet touch of ginger and beeswax. – $10 glass/$30 bottle
  6. Fowl Play – Lychee and sweet Meyer lemon, balanced acidity. $10 glass/$30 bottle
  7. Hen Pecked – Dessert apple wine, barrel aged for 11 months. 18% ABV – $14 glass/$44 bottle

  1. Griffy – Light bodied rose’ with pomegranate and cranberry. – $5 glass/$15 for 6-pack/$25 for growler

Red Wines

  1. Pinot Noir – Wild Strawberry and cherry lead to subtle earth tones with velvety tannin structure. – $16 glass/$47 bottle
  2. Bird Brain – Dark cherries and blueberries with a perfect balance of tannin, sugar and acidity. – $12 glass/$37 bottle
  3. Merlot – Ripe fruits and chocolate lead to warming notes of vanilla and bay leaf. – $12 glass/$37 bottle
  4. Cabernet Franc – Wild strawberries and raspberries lead to notes of new wood and baking spices. – $14 glass/$42 bottle
  5. Cabernet Sauvignon – Black cherry and currant with notes of tobacco and pepper lead to a dry finish. – $16 glass/$47 bottle
  6. Clutch – Red blend with currant and dark fruits which lead to smooth notes of caramel, cedar and hazelnut. – $14 glass/$42 bottle

Studio Wines

  1. Petit Manseng – ESTATE – Full bodied white wine. Tropical fruit, orange marmalade and floral notes that lead to a long and balanced finish. – $17 glass/$65 bottle
  2. Studio Merlot – Aged 18 months, vanilla and plum, moderate tannin structure. – $17 glass/$65 bottle
  3. Petit Verdot – ESTATE – Barrel Aged 25 months. Dark cherry and plum lead to violet and dried herbs with a rustic, smokey finish. – $20 glass/$77 bottle
  4. Roost Red – ESTATE – Red Blend. Aged 25 months. Blackberry, blueberry and floral notes of lavender and sage with smokey mocha finish.  – $20 glass/$77 bottle

Collection Wines

  1. Merlot – Ripe cherries lead to semi-sweet chocolate, leather and bay leaf with a velvety tannin finish. – $25 glass/$98 bottle
  2. Syrah – Plum, blackberry, and blueberry lead to sweet tobacco and chocolate with a grippy finish. – $25 glass/$98 bottle
  3. Cabernet Franc – Strawberry, raspberry, and bell pepper lead to graphite and chili pepper with a lingering tannin finish. – $28 glass/$110 bottle
  4. Cabernet Sauvignon – Black Cherry and currant with mint and pepper lead to layers of baking spice and new oak. – $32 glass/$125 bottle
  5. Game Changer – Red blend. Jammy fruit notes of dark cherry, plum, blueberry, and blackberry with a soft and supple tannin. – $32 glass/$125 bottle

House-Made Apple Ciders – Ellijay proudly holds the title of “Apple Capital of Georgia”, and we embrace it wholeheartedly. As a cidery, we craft our own award-winning ciders right here on the mountain. Enjoy a glass of our signature ciders and be sure to check back often for rotating seasonal flavors. Cheers to a true taste of Ellijay! All ciders are $10 glass/$25 – 6-pack/$35 growler.

  1. Baccus – Our award-winning flagship apple cider which has a great balance of sweetness and acid.
  2. Maia Girl – A blend of lemon and lime with a lively Jalapeno spice and aroma.
  3. Pipster – Georgia-grown lavender (Red Oak Lavender Farm) with a zing of lemon.
  4. Callie Cat – Our off-dry cider with South Georgia watermelon and estate-grown Roo Mountain Mint.
  5. Salem – This popular, award-winning cider is tart and jammy with blackberry and has a smooth finish.

Beer – As a proud farm winery, Roo exclusively serves Georgia-made craft beer, all offered by the can. Our team has thoughtfully curated a selection to delight the beer enthusiast in your group. Sip, explore, and enjoy a taste of Georgia’s craft brewing talent. All beer is $8/can.
