The elite wine flight. Columbia River Valley, Washington sourced grapes, refined and finished at Roo Mountain Vineyards.

Studio/Estate Wine Flight – $34
Our very own estate grown grapes, lovingly harvested, carefully and skillfully fermented, and patiently aged to perfection.

Full bodied white wine with bright tropical fruit, orange marmalade and smooth floral notes that lead to a long and balanced finish - Petit Verdot (Estate)
Barrel aged for 25 months. Dark cherry and plum lead to violet and dried herbs with a rustic smokey finish. - Roost Red (Estate Blend – Petit Verdot & Merlot)
Barrel aged for 18 months. Savor the intense dark cherry and roasting sage characteristics that finishes with a gunpowder finale. - Merlot (Estate)
