Cabana Rentals

Our Cabana’s are built overlooking the stunning valley below and feature a picnic table, sectional seating, blankets and pillows, fire pit (cold weather months only), catering station with ice and water, private server, fans, and privacy.

Cabanas can be rented for 1/2 day (3 hr) blocks any day Roo is open.

Cabana #1 – Coopacabana – Seats 10 people – Rents from 12-3pm Wednesday/Thursday, from 12:00-3:00 pm AND 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm on Friday/Saturday and 12:00 – 3: 00 pm on Sunday. 

Cabana #2 – The Perch – Seats 8 people – Rents from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm Wednesday/Thursday, from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm AND 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday/Saturday and 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm on Sunday.

Cabana #3 – Hen House – Seats 10 people – Rents from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm on Wednesday/Thursday and 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm Friday/Saturday and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday.

To rent a Cabana:

Please email [email protected]. Include the date, time and cabana of choice. We will reply with an invoice and rental agreement. Once the agreement has been signed, we will call you for cc payment. 

By reserving and/or using a cabana at Roo Mountain Vineyards, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cabana Options

Roo Mountain Vineyards offers three private cabanas for rental:

• Coopacabana – Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• The Perch – Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Hen House – Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the stated capacity may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

2. Rental Rules & Regulations

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests, the following rules apply:

• No Smoking in or around cabanas.
• No Outside Food or Beverage is permitted.
  • Bringing any outside alcoholic beverages will result in forfeiture of the rental fee and the party will be asked to leave the premises.
• All Guests Must Be Pre-Approved and listed prior to the event.
  • Each guest must wear a provided wristband at all times.
• No Children or Pets are permitted in the cabana area.
• Stay Within the Cabana Area – wandering beyond designated rental space may lead to dismissal from the premises.
• Bottle, Glass & Food Service Only – flights are not served in cabana areas.

3. Reservation, Fees & Cancellation

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.
• No refunds will be given for:
  • Violation of rules
  • No-shows
  • Overcapacity
  • Weather conditions (unless otherwise notified by Roo Mountain Vineyards)

4. Liability & Damages

The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the cabana or its furnishings during the rental period. Roo Mountain Vineyards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
