Tour Details:
Welcome to Roo Mountain Vineyards! We are excited to offer you an immersive wine tour experience that takes you through our tasting room and winery. Each tour includes a tasting of four distinct wines, carefully selected to showcase what is new and seasonal at Roo Mountain Vineyards.
Tour Schedule:
- Days: Saturdays & Sunday
- Times:
- Saturdays: 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM
Tour Itinerary:
- Check-In and First Tasting (Upper Tasting Room):
Meet your tour guide at the upper tasting room and check in with our staff. The tour begins with your first wine tasting and an overview of our facilities and offerings, including a brief history of Roo Mountain Vineyards. (Duration: 5-10 minutes) - Second Tasting (Lower Patio):
After the introduction, move to our scenic lower patio, where you will enjoy your second tasting. Here, we will share insights into the land, regional history, and the story behind the name “Roo.” (Duration: 5-10 minutes) - Third Tasting (Working Winery):
Next, we will visit the working winery, where you will receive your third tasting while learning about the wine-making process from vine to bottle. (Duration: 5-10 minutes) - Final Tasting (Barrel Room):
The tour concludes in our barrel room with your final tasting. We will discuss the aging process of our wines and upcoming events at the vineyard. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions while enjoying a small bite, such as cheese or chocolate. (Duration: 10 minutes)
