You’ll dine on a noble procession of courses—from a warming roasted potato and Swiss chard chowder, to a hearty black barley and farro salad, followed by pan-roasted Scottish salmon or a richly indulgent pairing of confit duck leg and pan-seared duck breast and a decadent dessert—each dish presented with old-world flair and paired thoughtfully with Roo Mountain Vineyards wines to honor every course.
