In addition to traditional bottles, Roo Mountain’s rooftop tasting bar also offers wines on tap from our 26-tap system. Kegging wine keeps it fresh longer as it is protected from oxygen. It is also an eco-friendly way to help reduce our waste and our carbon footprint. For every keg of wine, we save 26 glass bottles, corks and labels from going into the landfill.
