1st Course: Roosé paired with lobster bisque and a tarragon crème fraîche
2nd Course: Mother Clucker paired with seared sea scallops with celery root coulis, wilted spinach, sizzled leeks and preserved lemon butter sauce
3rd Course: Clutch paired with cedar smoked Ellijay Mushrooms with parsnip puree, charred cauliflower, fava bean shoots and a red wine syrup
4th Course: Studio Cabernet Sauvignon paired with black pepper seared filet mignon with roasted garlic mashed potato, sizzled sage and a cabernet veal reduction
5th Course: Bird Brain paired with cheesecake with macerated cherries and dark chocolate ganache
