Travel the ancient Silk Road without leaving North Georgia at our Silk & Saffron Dinner at Roo, an intimate Persian and Turkish–inspired evening set in our stunning Barrel Room. This chef-hosted culinary celebration is limited to just 38 guests and features two appetizers and three beautifully composed courses, thoughtfully paired with four of our favorite Roo wines, selected to complement the warm spices, fresh herbs, and vibrant flavors of the cuisine. Expect an evening of shared plates, generous hospitality, and a touch of mystery!
